About Us
Bio Nutrition Health Products Ltd (to use our full title) is a nutritional supplements company that aims to give you, our much valued customer, quality products and excellent service that are second to none. We don’t subscribe to the idea that just because this is the Internet, that words like “value”, “quality”, “service” and “respect” have no place in what we do.
The company was founded (many years ago) on the principle of providing people from all walks of life, and from all health groups the opportunity to make a positive choice to improve the health of themselves, their families and their friends. This is the principle that still guides us today.
Quality
All Bio Nutrition products are manufactured under tight controls to monitor the quality of the ingredients going in at one end of the process, so that the finished product that comes out the other end is as good as it can be.
Value
All Bio Nutrition products offer fantastic value for money. If you don’t believe us, take a look at any of our products and see exactly what you get; high potency formulations, using high quality ingredients at prices that put other suppliers to shame. And then add to that the great deal we give you on postage, and the special offers that crop up on a regular basis.
Service
Excellent products and excellent value need to be backed up by excellent service and this is what we constantly strive to achieve. When we receive your order, it will be processed speedily and accurately and despatched securely in the shortest possible time.
Reduce, Reuse, Recycle
As you probably do yourself, we take our environmental concerns very seriously and we are working as hard as possible to make sure that we make as small an impact on the environment as we can. Which is why we took the decision to take Bio Nutrition online, as this enables us to cut down on our paper usage yet does not increase our power usage.
We’ve also made sure that all of the packaging materials we use are either recycled or recyclable so that when you’ve finished with the bottle that your supplements came in, you can put it in with the rest of your recycling. Regrettably, regulations prevent us from taking the bottles back from you and re-using them for new products to be packed into.
In the event that something goes wrong…
We’re only human, after all, and it is possible that we’ll make a mistake; we’ll try to keep them as rare as hen’s teeth, though. But if something does go wrong with your order, please let us know as soon as possible (please see our Contact page) so that we can put it right for you. We want you to be 100% satisfied with being a Bio Nutrition customer.
